STORY

I was so excited to find Joga after years of being interested in studying the body and movement! With degrees in Kinesiology and Psychology and also several yoga certifications, working with athletes has always been my passion.

Joga taught me how to confidently combine the two by safely teaching mobility and stability enhancing postures and also creating relaxation through specific right/left brain balanced breathing techniques.

I love sharing Joga with all ages and backgrounds, from my 8 and 9 year old sons who play hockey or my regular clients who are seeking a safe athletic practice to professional athletes! I am proud to teach Joga and give everyone access to physical and mental strength!
