STORY

JOGA has been life changing for my clients and me. My clients and athletes notice a huge difference in their core and balance every single workout especially when they are consistent each week. I was drawn to JOGA because of the way Jana created the program — it is science based and safe for all athletes. And the belly breathing is a huge component. I have helped countless people calm their minds and bodies just via belly breathing. I absolutely love yoga and was drawn to JOGA to help people change their bodies and to improve their strength, balance and core. JOGA adds more variety to my 22-year career of personal training. I love our JOGA team, our community and I love teaching JOGA to my personal clients, athletes and guests of the JW Marriott Chicago.
