I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), I also possess my CSEP-CEP certification and a Personal Training Specialist (PST) certification.

My passion is to help people achieve their personal fitness goals. My programs are all individualized to deliver the best results for each unique client.
