My name is Eduard Dychkovski and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Transformation Coach in Toronto, Canada.

Naturally having a thin body structure, it was a challenge for me to build any muscle. I have tried many different training approaches to transform my body over the past 10 years, and I finally found a formula that works.

I have created a 12-Week Muscle Revolution program to help you build muscle and lose body fat because I know the feeling of wanting to have your dream body but not being able to get there.
