Having worked in the Corporate World for more than 23 years I decided to use that experience and my background in Physical Fitness to help mature adults live healthy and productive lives. As a Certified Personal Trainer along with many other certifications related to the field of Active Living Adults I have worked with mature clients for the past 18 + years. These Active Living Adults are able to cope with the many challenges that life sends them with living healthy lives well into their 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. It has been proven without a doubt that it is never too late to start resistance training to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
